At Apex.AI, compensation for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary is just one part of the total compensation package, which also includes stock options, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k), learning courses, wellness/gym/pool subsidies, and paid time off.
