*This position requires TS/SCI with CI poly*
Responsibilities:
This person will support defense analytical requirements with enhanced scientific/engineering research; reverse engineering analysis/characterizations; and facility and vulnerability assessments on foreign nuclear capabilities. This includes, but not limited to, nuclear engineering and sub-disciplines of thermo-hydraulics; seismic/earthquakes; physics; computational science; and/or fission reactor engineering.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting nuclear engineering research
- Bachelor’s degree in physics, engineering, engineering technologies, or a physical science field.
- Active TS/SCI clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of nuclear sub-disciplines like thermos-hydraulics, seismic events, physics, computational science, or fission reactor engineering
- Work experience at a national-level agency
- Active CI poly – those with active CI polys will be given preference.
Security Clearance:
- TS/SCI with CI poly
