With multiple exciting new concepts on the horizon, we are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a vital role in keeping our venues safe, functional, and looking their best for both our guests and staff.
Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across multiple restaurant and bar locations. This role ensures all facilities, equipment, and systems are operating smoothly while supporting management and staff in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of restaurant and bar facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
Complete repair requests from managers in a timely and professional manner.
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and avoid costly repairs.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with outside vendors as needed.
Handle minor carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and general building repairs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage, tools, and maintenance supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building codes.
Provide emergency response for urgent maintenance issues.
Qualifications
Previous experience in facilities or maintenance work (restaurant/hospitality experience a plus).
Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to use basic tools and safely operate maintenance equipment.
Reliable transportation to travel between venues as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work nights or weekends if emergency repairs are needed.
