Responsible for the day-to-day management and support of all information technology systems and services at the property. This includes overseeing local infrastructure, end-user support, vendor coordination, and ensuring system availability for property operations. The IT Manager collaborates with enterprise IT leaders to implement and maintain standards, projects, and security protocols, while serving as the primary technical point of contact for the property.
Responsibilities:Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Oversee daily IT operations at the property including desktop support, network troubleshooting, printer support, POS system upkeep, and gaming floor technology.
- Serve as the first escalation point for local incidents, coordinating with enterprise support teams as needed. Manage, coach, and schedule on-site IT support staff, ensuring coverage during peak times and special events.
- Support implementation of enterprise projects at the property (e.g., system upgrades, new applications, integrations).
- Monitor system health and performance for local equipment, ensuring timely maintenance and patching. Partner with property departments to understand and support their technology needs.
- Maintain proper asset tracking for all property-level IT equipment.
- Enforce IT policies and procedures on-site, including acceptable use, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Assist in local execution of disaster recovery procedures and incident response actions.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for property-specific hardware and software issues.

Skills to Help You Succeed:
- Proven ability to lead a small IT team and manage multiple technical priorities.
- Solid understanding of desktop support, networking fundamentals, Windows server environments, and end-user technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, system monitoring tools, and asset management platforms.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while aligning with enterprise IT guidance.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on IT experience in hospitality, gaming, or related environments.
- You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
- Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
