Compunetics is seeking an individual on a TEMPORARY basis to handle daily clerical functions in accounting.
Responsibilities
- Greet/register visitors to the facility
- Filing
- Pulling vouchers
- Stapling check copies to invoices
- Stuffing checks
- Stamping envelopes
- Setting up new shop order file folders
Requirements
- High school diploma; certificate from a business school or tech school preferred
- 3-5 years’ clerical experience preferred
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
