P1 Licensed Plumber - License Qualifier at SST Direct

Seeking a License Qualifier with a P1 Plumbing License for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Wilton, CT.

The position pays a $2500 monthly stipend.

This position will serve as the license qualifier with the State of Connecticut. This is a non-field, compliance-focused role—ideal for someone seeking to stay connected to the trade without day-to-day fieldwork

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the designated license qualifier with the CT Department of Consumer Protection
• Ensure licensing compliance and assist with renewals, audits, or inspections
• Provide required documentation and help maintain good standing with the state
• Offer occasional input on complex service scopes or code-related issues

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Connecticut P1 Master Plumbing License
• Good standing with the Department of Consumer Protection
• Familiarity with licensing laws and compliance best practices
• Prior experience as a qualifier is a plus
• Strong communication and responsiveness
