Who We Are
Our vision is a world where all businesses are powered by embedded payments. Modulr enables businesses, from SMEs to Enterprise, initially across the UK and Europe to efficiently pay-in, collect and disburse funds instantly via a range of payment schemes, accounts, and card products. What You’ll Do
- Provide organisation-wide help desk support
- Provision and maintain employee equipment (laptops and mobile phones)
- Monitor, collect and analyse data to report on the health of systems
- Complete tasks in a timely manner, primarily through a ticketing system
- Learn open and proprietary hardware and software systems
- Provide support presence for end-users in the office, including face-to-face onboarding
- Implement new systems, SSO integrations and automation following best practice principles
- Maintain Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory, 365, Azure, Virtual Desktops, Intune, Exchange)
- Support meeting room infrastructure and software

What you’ll need
- A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference
- Passion for learning and a desire to develop a career in technology
- Comfort working in a scaling business, where time is critical and change is frequent
- An academic background in technology or business (beneficial but not essential)
- Ambition to work in a high-growth tech company
Nice to haves
- IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL)
- Experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure
- Exposure to endpoint management tools (e.g. Intune, JAMF)
