Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Expert with strong expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
Serve as a course implementation expert to our primarily partners to help drive our course deployments
Manage project plans and processes to ensure smooth course launches (e-Learning & in-person).
Collaborate with L&D Program Managers and SMEs on course deployments.
Define and document course requirements for accurate setup and assignments.
Maintain course playbooks, deployment updates, and SOPs.
Track and report key course metrics to stakeholders.
Use data to improve course visibility, enrollment, and completion rates.
Create communication and escalation plans to support compliance goals.
