Release Train Engineer 

Servant Leader who acts as the Agile Coach for the ART 

Facilitate the ART events , develop and coach ART processes  

Enable and ensure the teams adhere to Agile-Scrum WoW standards that includes, but not limited to, QA, DevOps and progress tracking. 

Work with Product Management and System Architects to ensure the alignment to strategy and execution of committed work. 

Prepare and facilitate all the ART events. 

Optimizing flow

Have an open multi-brand and multi-cultural mindset 

Have the ability to drive for results and to take own initiatives and drive certain actions on your own leadership and empowerment

Qualifications 
 
Minimum Qualifications 

10+ years of IT working experience implementing software solutions 

Proven experience in Enterprise software delivery with at least 2+ years of in delivery leadership (RTE) 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

SAFe certification for a Release train Engineer or equivalent
