Skills and Competencies
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com, is required for managing contracts, processing opportunities, and ensuring data integrity.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills are essential to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed to interact effectively with client-facing teams and other stakeholders across the organization.
- A proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to take ownership, offer solutions, and drive tasks to completion.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite is required for daily operational tasks.
- Knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools, such as Salesforce CPQ or Apttus, is a strong plus.
Education
- A graduate degree is required, along with 0-7 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Contract Management.
Responsibilities
- This role provides essential tactical and process support to the Global Sales Operations organization, focusing on contract management and data integrity to support the sales lifecycle.
- Process closed contracts and opportunities within Salesforce through the booked-verification process.
- Manage all contracts, client entitlement data, and associated subscriptions using Salesforce and CPQ systems.
- Monitor and ensure a high level of data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.com and other integrated systems to support accurate reporting.
- Assist client-facing Account Executives and Account Managers with operational tasks, including forecast updates, account transfers, and bookings attribution.
- Address miscellaneous requests and participate in special projects and initiatives as needed to support the Global Sales Operations organization.
