Job Qualification:

Education Level                                                 :               Btech in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering

Language Skill                                                   :               Good command of both written and spoken English

Computer Skill                                                   :               Proficient in MS Office

Other Knowledge and Skills                              :               Logical thinking and good Communication Skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of process documentation (Work Instruction, Sample Panel, Standard Operating Procedure, Control plan, PFMEA.)
• FPY / RTY study & gap analysis. 
• Ensuring /maintaining the process requirements as customer standard.
• Failure analysis & trouble shooting of any abnormal process/ Failures.
• Process Qualification / Process validation as per customer standard.
• Validation & verification of machine /Process Pokayoke.
• Statistical process control on CTQ/CTF/CTF process (Cpk/Cmk, Control chart, MSA, DOE).
• Kaizen and Improvements project ( Six Sigma, QC circle ,Arubeki sugata, TPM) 
• New product development- Monitoring of Safe launch report, leak out issue, process rejection, FPY/ RTY data & take corrective & preventive action accordingly.
• Customer Audit qualification of NPI & Mass production.
• Basic knowledge of equipment’s operation which related to process operation & failure analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of quality control.
• Collaborate with CFT team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements (ISO 9001, EMS- 14001, OHS-45001)
• ECN /PCN management system

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong problem-solving skills and effective teamwork capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of Chemistry of Li- Ion battery.
• Knowledge of failure analysis / Data analysis tools & technique.
• Good Commands on Microsoft Excel, Word & power points.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to work and grow.
• Depth Knowledge of electronic  components (Resistance, Capacitor, MOSFET,ICs, Shunt resistance ,NTC, PTC and their application)
• Basic operating Knowledge of instruments (DMM,ACIR meter, Power supply, Electronic Load, Oscilloscope)
• Knowledge in Software skill ( Python , C, C++, Mini tab)
