Job Description:

The Role

[This is a 8-month FTC]

As Senior Marketing Associate – Social & PR, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping SEEK’s social and public relations presence across ANZ. You’ll create and deliver engaging campaigns that spark talkability, extend our share of voice, and solidify SEEK’s position as the authority on all things jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-impact PR initiatives across ANZ to drive reach and brand credibility
  • Develop and optimise SEEK’s “Always On” video and social content strategy
  • Manage and grow SEEK’s spokesperson program in partnership with Corporate Communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and campaign delivery
  • Measure and report on content and PR ROI, using insights to improve results
  • Support product, segment, and brand campaigns with integrated PR and social executions
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends to deliver relevant, creative content
  • Collaborate with the SEEK Creative Studio for best-in-class local content
  • Experiment with new formats and channels to enhance engagement
  • Manage PR and social agency relationships, ensuring continuous improvement
Qualifications:

Skills and experiences:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with expertise in Communications, Social, PR, and/or Partnerships
  • A creative, challenger mindset with the ability to deliver bold ideas
  • Strong storytelling skills with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative PR and social campaigns
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience managing agency partnerships to deliver impactful outcomes
  • Results-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
