Your Mission

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of growth strategies across the CA West region. You’ll work closely with ERT/KRT account managers and directly manage selected B2B customers, identifying performance gaps and supporting customer conversations. You’ll also collaborate with product and spares teams to ensure our offering is optimised and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and B2B customers, using insights to shape market strategies and unlock growth.

  • Ensure our Consumables & Accessories portfolio meets customer needs and supports sustainable, profitable growth.

  • Monitor sales performance and forecast demand, optimising low-value accounts for long-term efficiency.

  • Champion the integration of Consumables & Accessories across all sales channels, ensuring visibility and relevance.

  • Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and respect — because diverse perspectives drive better outcomes.

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that support our commercial goals and enhance the customer experience.

Who You Are

  • Degree-qualified in Business, Management or equivalent experience.

  • 5–8 years’ experience in aftermarket sales, ideally within consumer goods.

  • Proven success in key account management and customer development.

  • Strong understanding of aftermarket and Consumables & Accessories dynamics.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Commercially minded, analytical, and pragmatic.

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
