As a Resident Aide (Floater), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with behavioral health needs across our five Residential Programs in Central and Lower Bucks County. This full-time position offers a dynamic and flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents while gaining hands-on experience in the mental and behavioral health field.

What You Bring 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel throughout Bucks County
  • Demonstrated flexibility and independence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency; experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation)
  • Commitment to viewing all residents with Unconditional Positive Regard

 

Your Role 

  • Provide coverage and support across all five residential locations in Bucks County.
  • Perform core Resident Aide duties, including:
    • Program documentation
    • Admission and discharge support
    • Community engagement with residents
    • Transportation for residents and program activities
    • Site cleanliness and upkeep
  • Enhance residents’ quality of life through compassionate care and goal-oriented programming.
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities that support residents’ progress and well-being.
