Order Fulfillment & Packaging Supervisor at J.W. Jung Seed Company

Join the team at J.W. Jung Seed Company , an industry leader in mail-order and retail gardening. With six garden centers across Wisconsin, Jung Seed Company ships thousands of quality seeds, plants, and accessories to all 50 states.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment and Packaging Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Perennial department. 

What You’ll Do:

• Receive shipments of roots and bulbs
• Set up filling areas for each shipping season
• Set up coolers and freezers for each shipping season
• Set up greenhouse for each shipping season
• Ensure orders are filled in a timely manner
• Work closely with other departments

What We’re Looking For:

• Attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability manage a team effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
• Experience in Horticulture
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
