- Tier One Technologies has an immediate need for an SAP HCM Configuration Developer for our US Government client.
- This will be a 100% remote Contract-to-Hire position.
- SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.
- Responsible for developing strategies for technical IT infrastructures and the completion of assigned engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
- Lead a group of engineers, analysts, and/or technicians assigned for the duration of a project or may function as ongoing lead within a group of engineers associated with one or more technical areas within the telecom function (such as, but not limited to, network design, engineering, implementation, or operations/user support).
- Perform functional analysis, requirements, definition and SAP module configuration and testing.
- Develop functional requirements specifications, data mappings, function mapping, setting of configuration tables and setting of transaction/control tables.
- Coordinate projects across different organizations.
- Manage development projects from initial conception to production.
- A degree from an accredited College/University in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline is preferred.
- 10+ years of Software Development/Architecture experience.
- Strong knowledge in SAP HCM HR modules including OM/PA, eCareer, EHS, etc.
- HR Development experience
- RICEF, InfoType, Logical Databases, OM/PA, etc
- ABAP
- HR Process and Forms
- SAP Fiori
- Strong knowledge in:
- SAP PO
- S/4 HANA
- HR Security
- Fiori Architect
- Design Architecture Experience - LaunchPad Design, design control-based solutions
- Knowledge of and experience in an IT Service management System (preferably ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of and experience with designing, implementing, operating and administering relational DBMSs a plus.
- Development/support experience with more than one DBMS product (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools such as VersionOne.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening, criminal history, and credit checks.
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
- Must be a US Citizen or have permanent residence status (Green Card).
- Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
- Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
