Are you a self-starter with a high level of attention to detail? Are you interested in working in a Trading environment? We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Global Markets Middle Office team in Weehawken, NJ
As a member of Global Markets Fixed Income Trading Middle Office you will:
- Provide day to day support to Global Markets Fixed Income Trading Desks and financial advisors
- Perform key controls and reconciliations designed to identify risk
- Evaluate procedures and processes with a focus on continuous improvement
- Build and maintain relationships by communicating with internal and external teams in a professional, courteous and client focused manner
- Perform daily functions of: Trade correction and allocation, risk management, P/L calculation, Regulatory Reporting
- Develop a deep understanding of trading processes and related system workflow

• New Jersey: the salary range for this role is $55000 to $75000.

The Global Markets Trading Middle Office supports functions related to a broad array of transaction products, with focus on financial and regulatory control as well as supporting Wealth Management branches and clients. Employees will be expected to be adept at handling inquiries involving multiple types of financial transactions and should be comfortable interacting with different internal business partners.

- ideally 2+ years of applicable work experience
- Recognize and effectively manage risk
- Precisely execute detail-oriented tasks
- Ability to prioritize multiple issues while delivering within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with strategic projects or regulatory reporting, a plus
