Dietary Manager

SWAN Health is now hiring for a Dietary Manager!

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food handler certification
- Startup kitchen experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Dietary (minimum of 1 year supervisory) preferred
- Knowledge of nutrition, food preparation, and infection control
Essential duties include:
- Responsible for menu development for cafeteria services and patient feeding
- Maintain safe, clean and sanitized work area
- Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed
- Receive and stock food service inventory
- Managing and scheduling kitchen staff
- Weekly supply orders for kitchen
- Monthly test tray audits
