Job Description:
Summary/Objective
Responsible for creating and delivering objectives to support the 340/PHS program.
Essential Functions

Sales:
- Manage all account executives and hold accountability for sales goals (as set by supervisor and higher management)
- Maintain Sales Relationships with ecommerce coders and IT staff
- Attend onboarding calls for large IDNs (as needed)
- Testing (when requested) ordering software and updates (including, but not limited to, ecommerce, PBI, etc.)
- Training of new account executives
- Help with DSCSA roll out and maintenance
- Develop sales lead data with Director of Sales Engineering (for chargebacks and new target markets)
- Attend and retrain staff on product information and possible liabilities
- Provide input to marketing staff for trade show materials and messaging
- Serve as a secondary relationship with third party sales tools (including, but not limited to, Definitive Healthcare, Zoom Info, 340B Report, etc.)
- Prepare presentations for all trade training and meetings
- Fill out vendor packets and SLAs; Maintain renewals for SLAs with IDNs

Work Environment
This job operates in a home-based professional environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, during day shift hours. Business meetings and customer activities may occasionally require work be conducted after hours or on weekends.
Travel
Travel for this position and will consist of local travel during the business day in addition to out-of-the-area and overnight travel.

Requirements
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or related field
1.5+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, including multi-department oversight.
Proven track record in managing projects, IDN relations, and technical/data-driven sales functions.
Strong business acumen, strategic planning skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Confident and outgoing personality.
Excellent attention to detail.
Well organized and self-motivated.
Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
