Schedule & Location:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Location: 355 Randolph Ave, St. Paul, MN
- Pay: $30/hour
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Licensing Review Specialist, you’ll be the gatekeeper of compliance, making sure every applicant meets the mark. Your day-to-day will include:
- Reviewing applications for licenses, renewals, reinstatements, and more
- Ensuring all documentation is complete and meets regulatory standards
- Writing clear, professional communications about application status and compliance issues
- Contacting applicants for missing or incorrect information
- Verifying credentials, fees, and background checks
- Handling complex or unusual cases with care and precision
- Preparing official documents and keeping everything organized
- Supporting the team with other duties as needed
