We are seeking an entrepreneurial Director or Senior Manager of Sales Operations to take ownership of key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency across our commercial organization. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with a strong focus on execution, cross-functional influence, and process innovation. You will be a player-coach, actively implementing operational improvements while guiding colleagues and shaping best practices across the organization.
Pay Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year + Bonus
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Location: Remote
Travel Requirements: 15%
Work Environment: Office
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute and optimize commercial operations processes, including CRM management, sales analytics, pipeline reporting, and distributor workflows.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to streamline account operations, distributor management, and go-to-market execution.
- Lead operational support for new product launches, including readiness planning, training, reporting, and performance racking.
- Develop and implement scalable processes and tools to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the commercial organization.
- Serve as a player-coach, driving initiatives independently while influencing cross-functional teams and mentoring colleagues on best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to leadership to drive revenue growth and operational improvements.
- Identify opportunities to innovate and scale commercial operations, applying entrepreneurial thinking to solve challenges and create impact.

- Proven ability to lead initiatives independently while influencing and collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with an entrepreneurial, results-driven approach.
- Thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments, balancing multiple priorities while delivering impactful outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or business operations.
- Demonstrated ability to execute initiatives independently and influence cross-functional teams without direct reports.
- Strong experience with CRM systems, analytics, reporting, and sales enablement tools.
- Highly analytical, results-oriented, and organized, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment, able to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Industry experience in healthcare, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or nutrition.
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of healthcare distribution, provider networks, and commercial strategy execution
