What You’ll Be Doing

Inspire & Guide: Create an environment where teams are challenged (and motivated) to refine processes, raise standards, and deliver value every day.

Be the Connector: Coordinate across departments, manage timelines, budgets, and customer needs — and keep communication crystal clear.

Own the Program: From concept to final buy-off, oversee programs with confidence, ensuring milestones are met and expectations exceeded.

Lead the Launch: Drive launch activities, report on progress, and celebrate wins with your team.

Champion Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with H&S, ISO/TS, and customer quality standards — because safety and excellence go hand-in-hand.

Drive Change: Manage engineering changes, quotes, and negotiations with finesse while keeping the business agile.

Mentor Talent: Build the next generation of leaders by coaching launch leaders and developing their skills.

Think Financially: Collaborate with finance to build and maintain financial models that keep programs profitable and sustainable.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

5+ years in automotive manufacturing

Hands-on experience with metal stamping and assembly processes

Strong knowledge of engineering change procedures and project management

Analytical mindset with proven leadership ability

Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal

Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously

Solid understanding of Lean Principles & Tools

Confidence in representing Gestamp NA with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
