Responsibilities
- Consistently and solidly demonstrate the ability to develop and grow strong, long-term client partnerships that result in strong revenue generation
- Have an influencing presence internally and externally and communicate ideas in a way that persuades others to buy-in and take action – at all levels of the client organization
- Nurture account development by creating winning proposals and pitches, and continuously listening for additional client needs
- Know clients’ businesses, as well as objectives, and offer value-added consulting to help them understand and activate on customer-centric strategies, using the full breadth of our portfolio
- Understand the clients' internal structure and translate this into actionable account plans across all DMU's to maximize growth across the account (upsell & cross-sell)
- Foster strong client loyalty through the demonstration of exceptional engagement execution and client service skills
- Oversee and execute on key client projects focused on consumer insights, transformation, customer/employee experience, and brand/marketing strategy, while seamlessly working across topics and accounts
- Provide continual strategic thinking and added value to clients and internal execution teams to ensure that we answer the client’s business challenge and helping to move the client organization forward
- Deliver strategic, influential presentations and other forms of client communications for audiences from front-line to executives
- Plan, design, and facilitate multi-disciplinary client workshops
- Foster collaboration with multiple capabilities at Human8, weaving appropriate competencies together for a cohesive result
- Advise project managers and other team members on how to navigate through project planning and execution (e.g., provide guidance on how to structure a project, review project deliverables for their ability to address client challenges)

- Strong relationship builder with senior client stakeholders – directly managing key senior client relationships and working closely with them on a daily basis.
- See all the angles to best position our platform to fit a clients' project needs.
- Natural problem solver and trusted advisor to clients, never shy of presenting a point of view to deliver on client objectives.
- Set the gold standard for top account management in collaboration with a Global Account Partner where applicable.
- Excellent performer and companywide example in account relationship management and consistently deliver strong delivery performance.
- Recognized as a go-to person for specific research / business / industry expertise.
- An excellent communicator, both internally and externally, inspiring audiences and building engagement.

Qualifications
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Master degree in the full spectrum of Business or Marketing of which 6 years of experience in consulting preferred
