Senior Sales Manager - AI Infrastructure/High-Performance Computing, Networking, Automotive, Consumer

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive business growth within a critical portfolio of strategic accounts in the AI infrastructure and high-performance computing (HPC), networking , automotive and consumer markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Take full ownership of SiTime's execution and business development within a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts for both business and technical success..  
  • Technical Sales & Consultation: Leverage a specialized background in engineering (degree or Sales experience) to build and maintain deep, collaborative relationships with customer engineering teams and senior technical leadership. This requires the theoretical and practical application of highly specialized knowledge in semiconductor design, timing technology, and their critical role in ensuring system integrity and performance.
  • Advanced Solution Development: Collaborate with customer engineering teams to integrate SiTime's timing solutions into next-generation products in these end markets.
  • Industry Expertise & Network Development: Leverage a pre-existing, critical network of high-level contacts and key decision-makers at target accounts to accelerate design-in wins and new business opportunities.
  • Business Planning: Lead comprehensive business forecasting, demand-supply management, and strategic demand creation for SiTime's product portfolio within the assigned territory.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher. This degree is a minimum requirement for entry into this occupation and is necessary to successfully perform the complex, technical duties of the role.
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible field customer experience, with a proven track record of selling highly technical semiconductor components.   
  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and developing strategic relationships with senior-level engineers and business leaders at target accounts.
  • Possession of a significant and established network of contacts within the set of strategic accounts.   
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate highly technical concepts to both engineering and business audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
