Thermacell currently employs 125+ full time employees at our 4 locations: Bedford Massachusetts (Corporate HQ), Buford Georgia (Manufacturing & Distribution), and Hampton Florida (Science & Research Center).
ROLE PURPOSE:
Thermacell is seeking a growth oriented and driven Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex projects including new product development, product commercialization programs, cost savings initiatives and new market expansion. This position will ensure alignment with organizational objectives while managing resources, timelines, and budgets. This position will also be the project manager behind the PLM system processes and updates.
The Project Manager will report to the Executive Director of Global Innovation, Insights & Product.
STATUS: Exempt
WORKING HOURS: 9-5pm M-F, with expectation of 3 days in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (open to some flexibility)
WORK LOCATION: Hybrid/Corporate Office with 3 days expected in office - 32 Crosby Dr Bedford MA 01730

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver with excellence high-quality project and program management standards across the entire project lifecycle.
- Advise clients on the project cost, program, risks and issues.
- Engage and leverage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
- Drive productive and meaningful communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
- Prepare timely and relevant monthly reports including project programs, risk registers etc.
- Consistently ensure Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system is kept up-to-date and accurate as part of essential project deliverables.
- Leverage effective and efficient communication & project management tools.
- Cultivate delivery plans for projects in synergistic partnership with others, and ensure objectives are met.
- Act as a positive agent of change, challenging the status quo, performing to a high standard in changing environments, and working with partners and key stakeholders to effectively and constructively drive iterative and evolutionary change.

COMPENSATION
Compensation for this position will include a competitive base salary (73,000 – 100,000) and an Annual Target Bonus program-details provided separately. Benefits for this position will consist of vacation benefits at a competitive level, along with 9 paid holidays, 2 Floating Holidays and a day off for your Birthday! Additionally, a company shutdown period is offered for one week between Christmas and New Year’s Day where employees the majority of business operations pause and employees are encouraged to rest and recover together. Critical functions may require limited coverage to ensure business continuity.

You may start contributing to our 401k after completing 30 days of service (enrolling on the first of the following month). You will be eligible for the employer match up to 4% (base salary + overtime wages - subject to the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) legal limit) after completing one year of service.

Requirements
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3-5 years of professional project management experience with a solid foundation in best practices, methodologies, and ethical standards
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred, or recognized project management qualification with APM, RICS, or similar
- Experience successfully leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams with a proven track record of achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to report project status to senior leadership and support leadership project evaluation and prioritization discussions
- Strength in didactic knowledge and practical application of best practices in project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations
- Proven track record of excellence in project management, ensuring that projects stay on track, meet objectives, and are completed within specified timelines and budgets
- Experience driving multiple projects from long lead enterprise objectives to smaller quick win projects
- Pragmatic problem solver with a positive mindset, focusing on solutions and results versus focusing on the obstacles
- Ability to manage and mitigate scope creep
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Experience in regulated industry, software/firmware development and fast growing environments a plus
- Experience working with PLM systems a plus
