- 💵 Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a total annual package of $98,000–$120,000, including a 20% bonus based on your center'sperformance.

Your role as a BCBA Clinical Director at North Shore Pediatric Therapy:
- Lead & Innovate: Oversee our ABA team by enhancing efficiency, productivity, and clinical quality—improving metrics like delivered hours, parent training, and assessment turnaround. Collaborate on marketing initiatives to propel center growth while refining clinical protocols.
- Build & Mentor a High-Performing Team:Â Play a pivotal role in recruiting and developing RBTs and BCBAs who align with our mission and quality standards. Guide full-time fieldwork students and emerging clinicians by sharing your expertise, supporting them in report writing, supervision, and fostering their leadership potential.
- Expert Clinical Communication: Utilize your strong clinical leadership skills to manage challenging conversations with families—addressing concerns with empathy and clarity—and guide your team in crafting evidence-based clinical recommendations that drive exceptional care.
- Drive Clinical Quality & Autonomy: Assume critical responsibility for elevating clinical standards, managing key metrics such as service hours, parent training effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Develop customized recommendations and programs using your preferred methodologies, with our full organizational support to ensure families embrace these strategies.
- Data-Driven Leadership & Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Leverage our sophisticated OBM system for comprehensive data analysis and informed decision-making. Total compensation includes base and eligible annual bonus.
