The Fulfillment Associate plays a vital role in the accurate and compliant preparation of medical cannabis orders for patients. This position is responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and organizing prescription products while adhering to strict regulatory guidelines and company standards. Fulfillment Associates maintain product integrity, support inventory accuracy, and ensure all orders are processed with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily order fulfillment tasks while adhering to regulatory standards 
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and fulfillment practices 
  • Verify prescriptions, pick products, and pack orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance 
  • Create detailed travel manifests for each delivery route and maintain records per state law 
  • Prepare and stage packed outbound orders each day for next-day delivery 
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations 
  • Maintain active communication across departments involving multiple slack channels 
  • Aid management in re-stocking inventory daily 
  • Stage interoffice requested documents, supplies, and other items for Retail locations with next-day outbound routes  
  • Managing, documenting and staging promotional gifts to be sent with outbound routes

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Basic computer and data entry skills   
  • Open and flexible availability required 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 
  • Ability to follow strict procedures and regulatory guidelines   
  • Strong sense of professionalism, compassion, and teamwork 
  • Must be able to obtain state-approved credentials and pass a background check 
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs., and perform various physical movements, including reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, and fine motor actions as needed
