As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in assembling and repairing metal parts and structures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform welding using processes such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and welding processes to maintain quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous welding experience (1-2 years preferred)
• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
• Knowledge of welding safety practices
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work 1st Shift, with potential for overtime
