McLeod Software is searching for an Integration Support Specialist to help us support customer installations and upgrades, serve as a conduit between our customers and integration vendor partners, and coordinate efforts on product enhancements, modifications, and installations. The Integration Support Specialist will be a key partner for our enterprise customers, assisting with software scalability issues and resolutions while ensuring a seamless integration experience.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with identifying and resolving software and system performance issues.
- Provide proactive support to Enterprise customers for software support and scalability issues.
- Test modifications and enhancements to the integration modules.
- Provide remote and onsite customer training ranging from individuals to large groups.
- Provide remote customer support.
- Work with integration partners on concurrent integrations.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of internal and customer-facing documentation.
- Assist the product group with new vendor implementations.
- Assist the Sales team with technical information and quotes.
What You’ll Need (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years’ experience providing customer software and hardware support.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for service.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a customer support or technical support role is preferred.
- Previous experience training customers or end-users is preferred.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 25%, with occasional weekend travel.
