Important Position Details:
Position is based out of Pensacola, Florida.
Requires travel to stores in the Gulf Coast area within a two-hour drive as needed.
Must be willing to relocate to one of these stores when a Store Manager position becomes available.

Job Duties:
- Builds sales solutions that engage the customer and drive profitability

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in Retail Sales Management.
- Must take the initiative, be self-directed, and use time management.
- Ability to process information quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication and effective leadership skills.
- A warm and friendly personality.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
- Fashion and style oriented.
- Detailed with strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
- Mandatory weekends: Saturday and Sunday, plus all holidays.
