Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO, is looking for a part-time Chemistry teacher at Palmer Ridge High School beginning immediately, with an anticipated start date of September 19, 2025. This position is part-time, working every Monday and Wednesday with approximate rotations of Fridays. Preferably candidate has a Colorado teaching license with secondary science endorsement, or has a Colorado teaching license with a minimum of 24 credit hours in the content area. Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 17 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 18, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of $44,550 - $73,848 for a full time position. The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website. This position is designated as an INR position and will only cover 2025-2026 school year.
