Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience as a custodian or in housekeeping or maintenance preferred
Repetitive daily heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs. at heights of 3-4 feet
Climb a ladder up to 15 feet.
Performance Responsibilities:
Lead night custodian team and coordinate with the building chief.
Facilitate evening events at school facility.
Secure building at end of day.
Perform minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting of equipment problems.
Perform custodial duties as assigned including but not limited to: scrubbing, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash collection, etc...
Move furniture and support special events as assigned.
Communicate daily in a professional manner.
Respond to district-wide custodial duties as required by Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds (ie: snow removal).
Terms of Employment: Twelve-month (12) employee.
Salary and Benefits: Salary range and benefits are commensurate with qualifications and experience in accordance with Board of Education Policy.
Evaluation: Performance will be evaluated annually in accordance with the Board’s policy on evaluation of personnel.
