The Youth Athletic Coach serves as a mentor to elementary and junior high students while teaching fundamental to intermediate athletic skills, promoting sportsmanship, and instilling respect for both the sport and fellow athletes. The role requires an understanding of and ability to apply philosophical, social, and educational principles relevant to the position’s responsibilities. Strong communication, organizational, and game management skills are essential. Building and maintaining positive relationships within the community is a key priority.
This is a 100% in-person position. Must be a resident of California and maintain California residency throughout the duration of employment. Candidates selected to be interviewed will be contacted directly.
Mon - Thu: 15 Hours Per Week.

Prior coaching experience is preferred but not required

Classified Salary Schedule Range 10 (Max Entry at Step 5 $19.56/hour)
