MIGRANT EDUCATION PROGRAM 2025-2026
for LYNWOOD MIGRANT STUDENTS
The Migrant Education Program is looking for a dedicated Lead teacher who will coordinate and oversee the implementation of the Migrant Education Program.
*Virtual Instruction & Support*
for 16 Saturdays (August - June)
from 8:00am - 12:00pm
Compensated at LUSD Hourly Rate.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
. Current District Teacher
. Availability to host virtual individual student and class meetings
. Administer and Analyze Pre & Post Assessment Data
. Ability to interact positively and constructively with adolescents; work effectively with adults; communicate in oral and written form
. Communicate with parents to maximize students’ social and student success and assisting in parental understanding of child development
. Maintain confidential student records/information in an appropriate manner for the purpose of documenting and providing reliable information.
