As a Production Coordinator, you will work under the guidance of the Production leadership team, and with producers and artists to ensure shots, internal technical assignments, and project details are being tracked and delivered according to established targets and milestones. This position coordinates our cross-functional production teams and requires effective project management skills. Our ideal candidate is a clear communicator who demonstrates a high level of organization and possesses a proactive and positive attitude.
This salary range is specific to applicants applying to our position in Vancouver, BC. To determine your base salary, we consider your qualifications, skills, and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary outside of this range and will also be dependent on your location.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures Shotgun (project management software) statuses, task assignments, and project scope are maintained daily
Coordinates and package shot deliveries including submission documentation
Communicates any schedule changes to appropriate stakeholders; escalates to Supervisors/Producers
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the VFX or film production industry
Experience in visual effects processes; asset development, layout, matte painting, animation, FX, lighting, and compositing
Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-changing environment
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office package (Word & Excel)
Highly organized with excellent scheduling and task management skills
Experience working with Shotgun (project management software)
Knowledge of Linux, Nuke, and other 2D/3D packages
