Centralised Administration Assistant     
               

  • Permanent full-time opportunity
  • Perth location only (based at any of the following centres- Karrinyup, Wanneroo, Morley, Melville)
  • Hours will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm WST (split of work from home and in centre)

Your opportunity

We have an exciting internal opportunity to join our administration team, helping more clients receive the help they need and facilitating a seamless journey that makes it easy for our clients.  

This opportunity is suited to an experienced Administration Assistant who is able to multitask and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
 

Key accountabilities and responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare client files and all relevant documents for relocation clients as per HSP requirements.
  • Locate client files and extract relevant information as required by Hearing Services Program.
  • Locate client assessment data and extract relevant reports and results.
  • Compile all relevant documentation and upload to file in preparation for sending to client’s new provider.
  • Edit client files within Dynamics CRM.
  • Understand requirements of Hearing Services Program regulations and requirements.
  • Follow procedure and work with broader administration team.
  • Adhere to privacy policies relevant to Hearing Australia to protect our clients.
  • Work with Customer Support Centre admin and processes
  • Support our Customer Support Centre by performing outbound/inbound calls as required
