About the role:

We are looking for a Test Manager to join our multi-stream digital transformation program. The incumbent will collaborate with the Transformation Lead, business stakeholders and implementation consultants to ensure the ERP solution meets business requirements and performs accordingly. This opportunity is a blend of strategy and execution, owning test strategy, planning and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

•      Develop and lead the end-to-end test strategy for the FIMS transformation program, covering unit, system, integration, UAT, and regression testing. 

•      Create and maintain the test plan, test schedule, and test traceability matrix, aligned with program delivery milestones. 

•      Define test entry and exit criteria, acceptance protocols, and defect management procedures. 

•      Drive the preparation of test scenarios, test scripts, test data, and environments in collaboration with functional leads and SMEs. 

•      Set up and manage defect triage and resolution processes, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and prioritised manner. 

•      Lead regular test progress reporting and escalate blockers and risks through program governance. 

•      Support go-live readiness activities, including final validation testing, business verification, and hypercare planning. 

About you: 

·         8+ years test management experience in complex transformation or ERP implementations.  

·         Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase, cross-functional testing efforts, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms. 

·         Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools, including test planning, test execution, and defect management. 

Essential:

• Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Security Clearance at Baseline level.
