Job Description
Currently, this position is located in our project office in Sydney CBD, with occasional site visits. Once the project is fully operational, it will transition to a 14/7 roster-based arrangement out of the Central West Orana Region.

ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project.
The new transmission network infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity from 2028 to connect 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, which is enough to power more than 2 million homes each year.

Our Central-West Orana project is currently seeking a dedicated Batch Plant Coordinator to share their expertise within our growing construction team.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the operation of a concrete batch plant
Monitor automated controls to ensure correct batching proportions
Ensure all products adhere to strict quality requirements
Communicate with truck drivers delivering or collecting concrete
Coordinate with construction teams to align batching and pouring schedules
Monitoring all plant and equipment, scheduling & conducting maintenance as required
Managing maintenance & production tasks, which includes some level of manual handling
Quickly identify and resolve problems with equipment or mix quality to avoid project delays
Required Skills and Competencies
Concrete batching experience - mobile or fixed plants
Front-end loader and HR ticket required
Moderate understanding of computer systems and programs
Current and valid Drivers License
Strong leadership attributes including the ability to drive a positive working culture
Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen
