Requirements

Summary

The individual will be required to execute all manufacturing related activities per applicable current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), standard operative procedures, and relevant health and safety guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Includes, but not limited to the following:

· Operating, starting up, and shutting down CNPS equipment effectively.

· Reading and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with precision.

· Keeping production areas fully compliant with cGMPs and applicable regulatory guidelines.

· Participating in environmental, health, and safety programs.

· Performing scheduled cleaning of production spaces.

· Mixing intermediates into finished product.

· Following all relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.

· Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience Requirements

- High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent required.

- 1-3 years' of related experience (pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus!).

- Equivalent experience/education combinations considered.

- A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Clear verbal and written communication.

- Computer-savvy (MS Office experience preferred).

- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication skills with all levels, verbal and written.

- Experience with hand tools is a bonus.

- Dependable, accurate, and committed to continuous improvement.

Physical Demands

- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Competitive Pay

- $23–$25/hour (based on experience).
