Primarily responsible for receiving/ handling of inventory in the VRT Freezer to ensure timely shipping/ storing of product.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ::- Receives boxes of the finished product arriving on roller belt.
- Lifts boxes of products and stacks on the appropriate pallet(s).
- Follows all GMPs, standard work methods, and established safety procedures.
- Performs work as assigned by Production Supervisor or Lead.
- Displays work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
- Maintains a clean safe work environment.
- Maintains a positive attitude and interpersonal interactions.
- Maintains consistent regular attendance.
- Displays appropriate, professional, courteous work behavior.
- Attends all scheduled Company and departmental meetings.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to read and write legibly.
- Sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character.
- Basic math functions and skills.
- Wear assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Forklift, Scissor Lift / JLG Boom Lift / High Reach / Cherry Picker lift experience is a plus.

- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced plant environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, sit, squat, climb, balance, stretch, walk, reach, twist, bend, grasp, use hands and fingers, handle objects or controls, talk, and hear.
- Agility to negotiate around moving machinery and people.
- Work in noisy environment (>85 decibels) and moving equipment.
- Will be exposed to temperatures of -10 degrees Fahrenheit or colder.
- Will handle product -10 degrees to 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
