We are hiring for a concierge/office manager in the Milwaukee area to work 2nd shift for a residential property. 

Front Desk & Concierge Services:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Answer phones, manage general inboxes, and route communications appropriately

• Manage visitor logs, security badges, and building access

• Act as the go-to person for day-to-day questions, directions, and needs

Office Management:

• Oversee all daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace

• Order and manage office supplies, snacks, equipment, and vendor services

• Coordinate facility maintenance and manage vendor relationships (e.g., cleaning crew, IT, catering)

Required Qualifications of Concierge:

• Must have office manager/receptionist experience

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Able to acquire and maintain a valid PERC license, including state accredited training requirements
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Concierge:
•Bi-lingual considered a plus
