Job Summary

The Lot Porter / Car Washer plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles through the dealership. This position involves inspecting, moving, and organizing vehicles while providing excellent support to the service and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect new vehicle deliveries for damage and accuracy against invoices
• Document and report any damage or missing items (e.g. spare tires, charging cables, NAV cards)
• Park and organize vehicles on the lot to maximize space
• Clean and prepare vehicles for delivery or service using basic tools and equipment
• Support the service department by transporting vehicles as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and service areas
• Follow safety protocols and dealership procedures
• Work closely with team members and management
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
• Wash All Customer Vehicles in Service
• Preform New Vehicle Detail Prior to Delivery.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required)
• Basic knowledge or interest in cars is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
