Summary
As a Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Florida Paints, you will be instrumental in crafting and disseminating compelling branding messages and collateral for our products and services. This role requires adept multitasking, enabling you to manage various projects concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines. You will contribute to existing marketing initiatives and play a pivotal role in shaping new strategies aligning with company and client objectives. Additionally, the Marketing & Sales Coordinator creates and releases blogs, social media, and email content while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in fulfilling client collateral requests (such as shirts, brochures, etc.).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams and provide support for product labeling.
- Sales support requests (ex. Business cards, yard signs, etc.).
- Organize and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events, including logistics, booth setup, and follow-up activities in coordination with the Director of Marketing.
- Collaborate with the sales enablement team to support existing and new project requests.
- Streamline processes and procedures to enhance sales team access and productivity.
- Work alongside the field sales team to gather before/after content for completed projects.
- Manage and distribute general marketing support materials like giveaways and co-branded apparel.
- Support, manage, and distribute color tools, including color racks, fan decks, and color cards.
- Assists store operations with fulfilling store merchandising requests.
- Coordinate and oversee the curation of all Florida Paints social media channels.
- Maintain Florida Paints’ social media presence across all digital channels.
- Create and post/execute monthly blogs, social media posts, emails, and other digital content while adhering to SEO and social media best practices.
- Capture and edit photography and videography in collaboration with a graphic designer.
- Assist the Director of Marketing with conceptualizing designs for merchandise and trade show items such as t-shirts, hats, tradeshow booths, banners, etc.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Proficiency with the Adobe Suite.
- Proficiency with all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to travel to Florida Paints locations and customer job sites.
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch.
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Required to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear, in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
