Specific Duties to be Performed:
- Audit sold unit deal jackets for all dealerships to ensure compliance with internal policies
- regulatory guidelines
- manufacturer requirements
- Assist with preparing for OCCC & manufacturer audits
- perform equipment discrepancies
- maintain and organize file rooms
- assist with the movements of boxes as needed
- work closely with F&I and Sales Managers to resolve audit finding and provide feedback
- Available to work weekends (particularly during month end periods)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements

Be able to carry more than 5 lbs.

· Assist in closing deals
· Must be 21 years old or older
· Must have a Valid Texas Driver’s License
· Must be able to pass a drug screening test.
· Must be able to pass a background screening check.
