Occupational Therapist - Consistent PRN at Healthcare Therapy Services, Inc.

HTS currently has a part time/consistent PRN position open to an Occupational Therapist in Rushville, Indiana at our partner senior living community. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living populations. This is a flexible PRN position, and we can offer consistent PRN/Part Time hours if desired. A mixture of weekday and weekend availability is requested.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for residents.

- Document progress notes and maintain accurate records.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
