Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. As a Production team member, you will play a crucial role in the assembly line process, ensuring the efficient production of quality goods.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand, power, and air tools to assemble components into finished products
• Read project specifications to determine any adjustments or special handling required
• Practice safe, efficient, and effective use of tools, equipment, and materials to produce a quality product, meeting or exceeding company and customer expectations
• Confirm all required operations have been completed, work with team lead to submit proper re- work tickets for missing or damaged items
• Follow all safety rules and procedures while maintaining a clean working environment

Second Shift

Monday- Thursday

3:00 PM- 1:30 AM

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form; perform basic math functions
• Willing and able to work overtime
• Dependable with emphasis on attendance and punctuality
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for entirety of shift
• While performing the duties of the jobs, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
