The Role
We are looking for an experienced hygiene operative to lead and motivate our team in maintaining exceptional cleaning standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a focused approach. This vital role involves ensuring factory cleanliness post-production by following hygiene protocols and adhering to safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Responsibilities include completing daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks, with weekend work required on a rota basis.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a food production environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of full production line/area operations and key tasks.
- Basic mechanical skills for fault finding.
- Familiarity with company procedures and work instructions.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills to complete production monitoring documentation.
- Effective time management and the ability to work independently in assigned areas.
- Attention to detail is critical, as factory startup depends on maintaining high hygiene standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the hygiene of the factory after the days production is completed as per hygiene specifications.
- Ensure all equipment is in good condition before start of shift.
- Report any non-conformances to Hygiene Key Operative as soon as possible.
- To follow good manufacturing practices at all times
