Maintenance Technician
Full Time Lake Prince Woods is a Continuing Care Retirement Community, located in Suffolk. This position allows for a technician to build relationships with the residents and other team members. This is an opportunity to build on your skills and learn some new ones.

The Maintenance Technician provides assistance in maintaining the property, plant and equipment of the facility. This position maintains mechanical and electrical equipment in operable conditions. They respond to maintenance requests by Residents and Staff and perform several additional duties.
Performs electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, plaster, repairs and plumbing tasks as directed.
Minimal Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimal Experience:
1.One year experience in a health care setting preferred.
2.One year experience as a maintenance technician.
Other Qualifications:
Valid driver's license, and ability to meet EveryAge auto insurance carrier's standards for coverage.
