The Post
The post is diverse, busy and rewarding, giving an opportunity to shape services and deliver excellent standards for residents across Brent in various accommodation portfolios. Managing the Housing Companies, i4B and First Wave, as well as Temporary Accommodation sites on behalf of Housing Needs, Supported Accommodation on behalf of Adult Social Care, and Brents Travellers Site, as well as working corporately to continually explore how the Housing Management Service can expand and support corporate savings while combatting the homelessness crisis.
The Person
You will be extremely organised and creative, with a passion for positive change, recruiting for values, and delivering for tenants, whilst being commercially aware and ambitious. You will be fully supported by peers across and beyond Housing, have opportunity to set up, report into and shape Boards, working with politicians, internal and external stakeholders and residents.
You will manage the service with autonomy, setting and delivering a vision that will see residents put first.
