Bindery Print Services Operations at Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Bindery’s operate several small bindery machines and skill in multiple hand bindery functions. You will report to the Bindery Supervisor.

Location: Durant

Schedule: Regular/Full-Time - 8:00am-4:30pm

Wage access is an option for this position.

Primary Tasks:

1.       You will operate and maintain equipment used in the bindery and finishing process.

2.       Fold, cut, sew, staple, stitch, or glue finished print product.

3.       You will do repetitive lifting and stacking of materials.

4.       Clean work areas, and maintain work equipment and workstations

5.       You will observe and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and determine if adjustments are needed.

6.       Cleans, lubricates, and makes minor repairs on equipment.

7.       Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

·         Maintain clean and safe working environment

·         Ability to operate heavy machinery

·         Ability to interpret work orders, specification sheets, and production schedules

·         Prior print services experience
